Faran Billing honors your right to control disclosure of your personal information. However, some of your personally identifiable billing information collected within the Billing Service will be shared with carriers (relevant to their stated requirements) in accordance with HIPAA policy posted at http://www.cms.hhs.gov/hipaa/. If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to carriers, you may opt out of those disclosures by terminating your use of the Billing Service.

While logged into the billing system, you can update your personal information by editing the appropriate section of your profile.
